Cancelling your service or auto renew

CANCELLATION OF SERVICE
 

If you wish to cancel your service, simply login into your account and put in a cancellation request. Please write a brief note why and then select cancel at "end of billing payment" option. 

IMPORTANT  — If you select “immediate” you will LOSE any service you've paid for, and we don't want you to lose that. 

 if you wish to turn off auto renew, select cancel at the end of billing cycle. 

ALL GeniusTV subs are set up for auto renew and it's your responsibility to cancel auto renew as above. 

Please remember that like other services, there are no refunds, except for billing issues the company deems appropriate. We do NOT prorate for time unused. Sorry to see you go and we hope happy streaming is in your future.
