Billing account issues

Duplicate payments occur when you, the subscriber,  accidentally makes more than one payment or two separate accounts. 

As the system is automated, you need to be patient and check to see if your payment went thru BEFORE trying to create another sub. 

All subscribers should check their spam email for their login to be sure their sub went thru BEFORE creating another line out of impatience.  

 If you made a duplicate account, you can use these as additional connections.  Be sure to login into your account and select cancel, so it doesn't renew next month, 

If you submit a bank chargeback without discussing with us, you’ll be banned from the service permanently.  Please submit a ticket before you file a case.  ALL SUPPORT IS DONE ON THE TICKET SYSTEM check your email spam if you didn't receive your welcome email with the support invite link. 

Sorry but these cases cost additional fees which could lead to price increases if we are not careful.
